Brickline’s love affair with New York pizza started long before this oven was fired. In the 1980s, Laura worked in a New York pizza shop, learning the rhythm of the slice. The fold, the crunch, the sauce that mattered. That devotion didn’t fade. It was carried home, talked about, cooked, and eventually passed down to her son Sage. What you taste here isn’t trend or nostalgia for show. It’s a lifelong obsession, handed from one generation to the next.

Laura and Sage share a deep love for historic buildings and the stories held in their walls. The Orth Brick Building, and Jacksonville itself, aren’t just where Brickline lives, they’re part of why it exists.
